Quick Dash Pasta

This is a meal for when you’re in a hurry. Those nights when you’re late in and everyone is starving. Ready in a quick dash flash! The winning element with this dinner, is the ingredients all have relatively long shelf lives. You can keep them in the fridge ready for a dinner emergency.



Pop your pasta on to cook as per the packet instructions.

Heat the oil in a large pan and add your sliced/cubed tofu. Cook until heated through and lightly browned. Turn off the heat and add the pasta, olives, and tomatoes.

Stir through the Creamy Oat Fraiche and Voila!

Easiest dinner ever.
